There is no difference in action. Both will give u the permission to enter into Malaysia. The basic difference is one will be appeared as a visa label sticking in your passport and another one will be a printed copy on an A4 paper. That’s it.

It will be faster compared to the conventional one. Even cheaper (USD 31) also.
