It depends on your institution and your payment. If the the payment reflect to emgs and the institution approve the application. Then it shouldn’t take long. Mine took 1 day to reach 15%

Your status shows “pending payment by institution”. I advice you to contact your institution regarding this issue.

Dear EMGS
My application is still at 15% (passport number: P06268381) since 14th of November and no improvement yet. The status is green. Which indicates that the application is progressing accordingly. But the time frame it is taking is way longer than the normal or estimated. Please check on my application. Thanks

Dear EMGS
My application was on (in progress with emgs) 15% after submitting the additional documents. This steps takes around 4 working days to move forward to 32%. But after 4 days, the status has changed to (document checking is in progress) 15%. Please clarify why did it go back. And do i have to wait another 4 days?
My passport number is P06268381

No, previously there was something called “pre arrival medical report” in which you do what you said.
But now you just fill the health declaration form, and when you arrive to malaysia you will have to undergo a medical examination in Malaysia.

Now you have to get a single entry visa from the nearest malaysian embassy. Refer to your institution to see when the suitable date for traveling to malaysia.

According to emgs website, there’s a previous application with the same passport number, so your institution has to cancel it and submit supporting documents to emgs.
في الموقع ظاهر انو فب تقديم بنفس رقم جوازك. فيفترض الجامعه تكنسل التقديم القديم و ترسل ورقه لل emgs علشان الموضوع يتحل.
الحل في انك تتواصل مع الجامعه لحل المشكله.
