Uni didnt submit declarations, said its not mandatory and they said they confirmed it with emgs as well . I mean is it or not, maybe it’s the reason for all this delay. really inconvenient

I have applied for visa since 5 weeks and its still on 15, all the errors i have corrected immediately, my flight is on the 14 march and haven’t received my val yet, i will have to cancel it now, but please is there any chance my process can be speeded up as the semester is starting soon already
