Depends on what immigration sees it, if its language its usually 10 or 6 months some get a year. Its better to ask your institution, either they reimburse you or extend it after 6 months.

There is no Malaysian embassy in Somalia, thus you can get your visa on arrival, just book a ticket.

Ask your Institution for clarification, and later Emgs. If its 100 usually means everything is settled.

VAL is valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Don’t book any flights unless you have your passport, EMGS staff is.not only wotking on your document, they have thousand application each week. I don’t work for them but i feel them and there workload.

If your institution applying the visa is OK you will get Special Pass. but need to tell valid reason WHY and pay “mybe” fine i dont know hpw much, if you dont have both most likely they will take your finger prints and cant come in for 5 years.

I wonder why people book tickets without firstly making sure they have their passport back?!! Thought there are specified days on the website but Imagine yourself working in EMGS or the immigration. Be considerate and Stop booking flights beforehand.

First check with your institution the reason why its rejected, if its something related to your institution or you then correct it. If the reason is because you have finished your studies immigration has the sole discretion to reject and simply say studies are finished retaking mybe is not acceptable. Anyhow I wish you the best and try to appeal.

You don’t need SEV when you arrive report to the counter for Students, its advisable to come one month early before studies to adopt and sort your remaining visa application on time.

Depends, if your country is visa on arrival you should be out of Malaysia atleast 7 days, then come back. Or better go back to your country and wait for your student visa.

You have two option leave before your visa expires, or apply special pass from immigration. If you overstay they will take your finger print and cannot come in Malaysia for 5 Years. Dont take it easy immigration is tough now.
