I have a question if an international student leaves Malaysia and his Student pass expires outside . Can he/she comeback Malaysia with a social pass and then apply for a student pass or renew his expired student ??? Also is this confirmed or the expiry of a student pass for a student outside Malaysia means a big issue ?? Thanks in advance
