I have taken my ielts(legit) before joining my study programme. My visa application was rejected at 20%.
What can I do at this point?
I would really appreciate if anyone can advice me what to do to fix this.

Did my medical screening on around 5th January after that it went up to 75% and 80% after medical screening approval.Then it was changed to 85% on 10th February and 100% on 11.but due to some problem it says application closed

i have submitted my passport to my university almost 1 month ago but when i check my application status it still says 80%(green) pending submission of passport. I have contacted my university and they said that they already submitted my passport to emgs.

My emgs application status is stuck at 80%(green). It has been around 20 days, i have contacted my university and they have told me that they have already handed over my passport to emgs. But in emgs app when i check it still says pending submission of passport.
