I’m applying to a new program in a different university (Madinah international) for this reason I have to cancel my old VAL and apply for a new one .

My percentage was 35% and after submitting the documents that confirm my “Single entry visa city” the percentage went down to 32% , may I know why?

I have a problem with my photo
I’ve tried 4 photos with different photographers & the photo checker still gives me the same problem that says ” there are shiny spots on the face ” although the photographers didn’t adjust the photo @ all . I’m really confused what to do cos I can’t try anymore .
Please I need help
