It could. If everything go with the flow. Make sure you have all the necessary stuffs ready eg. Medical screening result, make sure your photo would pass etc.
I’m going there in September too and in two weeks my application progress 60% so if you do your part ,you’ll be just fine too.

I think you should email them again. ASAP. and specify your need and where you are stuck at. Make sure every detail they need to know is it that one single email so they can put you through as fast as they could. Usually they will answer within 7 days (I usually get my reply in 5 days).
