maybe around 7-10 working days, wish you can catch your first week, if no you can contact your uni.
At UKM, I have 4 weeks for late registration.

no need to worry, the val copy is fine, I’m studying at ukm and they never ask me for the original one.

when it turns 80%, you will get yhe VAL by email

if u already get the copy of ur VAL by email, then go get SEV, after that u can go to malaysia and give ur passport to the international student center at ur uni to complete ur student pass to 100%

get the SEV and then go to malaysia, submit your passport to the international student center at your uni, the process will be 100% when you get the student pass on your passport. No need to be worry, you don’t have any problems as long as you get the VAL already

based on my experience, the copy of the val is fine, u can use it, klia will only check it and then give it back to u
