1 Month! OMG but I need to travel from Malaysia to US, it will be 2 weeks after I entered Malaysia with my VAL. Can I do my medical test leave for my trip and come back?

Hello, I just got my VAL! 🙂 I am living in Indonesia. Do I need a single entry visa? Once I arrive in Malaysia I need to do medical check (I will do it directly) and I should give my passport for the sticker. What is the time EMGS will keep my passport as I need to travel soon again! Thanks!!
