I’m a Sierra Leonean citizen, I have downloaded my e-VAL, we don’t have Malaysia embassy or consulate in Sierra Leone,should I travel to Malaysia and obtain my SEV at the airport before entering or I should travel to the nearest Malaysian embassy in another country to obtain my SEV?
