One more thing, I saw EMGS advised that we are only allowed to enter Malaysia via KLIA and KLIA2 entry points so is it possible for me to transit for other destination?

Honestly, I checked MysafeTravel and saw the basic cost is up to 4,601RM. I have no idea about that because EMGS instructed to pay through this web.
If I contact the hotel directly and book with them, I will not need to complete any informations in MysafeTravel web?
