They asked for some verification of my main docs. After I had done as their requirements, my college appealed. As soon as they got my papers, my VAL processing is being started from 35% – 50%.

You can’t apply twice from the same institution.

So keep in touch with your institution. After knowing the reason, you will have to submit what they ask for. Your institution will appeal again. If everything ok, your VAL progression will be resumed again. This may be take one or two months.
