Because it’s not in the hand of EMGS. It’s immigration. There’s no time frame for that as well which is sad.

Honestly it took like 8 months for my brother to cancel. I don’t know why cancellation is harder than approval. And nobody follows up.

It depends on your passport. Some passports can get visa on arrival. However, speak to the consular directly. He can make it fast for u. Just be on the safe side.

Depends on which country you are in. But it shouldn’t take long. You already have the visa so it shouldn’t take more than 3 working days.

You must go to the Malaysian Embassy and if it’s so urgent, speak to the staff in the embassy they can give you the same day.

It’s better to email EMGS directly. Probably they haven’t received the payment from institution yet. Keep in touch with the person in charge in your school

If it’s still green, wait until it’s 70% then the VAL shall be approved if everything is alright. Then after that you can get the SEV. Check with EMGS if you are requited to get the SEV. Some passports doesn’t require SEV. So you will get the VOAS in the airport upon arrival.

Dear sir
If it’s Yellow, it means there are some additional documents required to me submitted. Kindly contact your institution. Check the required document and submit it to the EMGS and cc the institution. Once the documents are complete, it will be back to green and it will go back to normal.
