I am applying for renewal of  Student pass and my EMGS status is 90%, Now I am going to submit my passport once I reach MALAYSIA, how long will it take to get my passport back because I have to buy a return flight ticket from Malaysia to my home country.

Can I do the test here at my country before leaving and use it there instead of performing medical there at medical points in Malaysia. I have limited time and it may take some days for results. So I want to speed up my student pass process.
