@tinashem please o don’t actually understand what emgs are requesting for. They requested for my waec scratch card, I sent the waec scratch card to my university and my university submitted it to them. And they are still asking for the waec scratch card again. Please explain better for me.

I went to my bank and they said that They only collect charges from my naira account not from the amount I am transferring.
Secondly they confirmed it that USD$340.49 = MYR1,328.68, stating that USD$1 = MYR3.90. This means I have over paid the required amount MYR1,282.60. The error of the conversion is from EMGS.
