Have you check on the website, sometimes you might get ab eval while the percentage not reach out 70% .as an example I could download my eval 15% on the website.if it’s not possible you can contact on their email. They’re very helpful

No, my evisa is still in the processing but if you’re facing delay issue you can contact their email, I’m pretty sure you’ll get response few hours later.
