Ask your institution. I guess there is an instruction on the website of consulting the nearest embassy from other country. Go through FAQ.

If international students can be allowed, why not the dependents! I mean, obviously, they will also go through the tests, quarentines and all that…
then whats the point of not allowing them?

Ask your institution to submit the documents like academic records, declaration forms etc., not the fee.

U need to email eVAL, TA and LOU to Malaysian embassy at your country to get final approval letter. U can see all these in website.

I am also from UM. Same situation here with the declaration of commencement of online classes. I submitted both the forms but they send only one. And I am also at 35%.

Does the EMGS approval letter mean the eVAL?
