They have a different way of issuing student visas. My friend applied to Curtin university which is in Sarawak and it is a totally different experience than applying through EMGS.

What are the remarks?

If you have the eVAL and travel authorization letter, you can travel to Malaysia and I don’t think there will be any problem. International students must undergo mandatory quarantine of seven (7) or ten (10) days before entering campus so, you have to plan accordingly.
