Given my results as distinction student, I can’t see the problem

Пытаюсь выяснить, как можно подать апелляцию и узнать причину отказа.

I applied to change my course along with visa processing under new course, and got rejected.. under details it doesn’t show the reason but says it’s solely upon Immigration.
