They said that i need to resubmit all the documents and pay for visa fee again. The fastest i would get my sev would be around 8 to 15 days. So not sure what should i do now…

We register ourselves there, pay visa fee and we get it early as compared to embassy. But its servers are down so i’m waiting for the website to start working again inorder to get my sev.
