Hi my application status is 80% and yellow but I have not received any email from UTM regarding the courier having my VAL. I emailed them and also call them but they have not replied to me and not received any call. Now what should I do?

I don’t know about that but I think your university is public university as your status is green. Have you uploaded any health status form PROVIDED by your university if yes then your university is a public university
