									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Same thing happened to me on 25/8/2017. My VAL approved to 70% and again back to 60% claiming that a correction was requested by the institute. And EMGS doesn&#8217;t know what&#8217;s going on. All replies says &#8220;Thank You for your Patience&#8221;. </p>
