If you have valid visa ,you don’t need TA/SEV.

@farag elghabsi, yes you must need SEV. you must need sticker visa from your country unless Libya citizens doesn’t need any visa to enter Malaysia.

@imama 2u, do one thing. Try to renew your husband’s student pass. Then apply for your child. It will take 3weeks to renew his student pass. Then you can apply for your child. And meantime your SEV and TA will have still validity. In shA Allah

Yes you have to get student pass first then you would apply for your dependent. As far as I know…

@Jamal Waseem, bro, TA and SEV is not enough to get the approval. They have written that only valid student pass holder can apply for their dependents. Means you have to enter Malaysia and you have to get the sticker first. Once u will get the 1year student pass on your passport,you would apply for your dependents. As far as I know…

@farag elghabsi, if a visa is required to travel to Malaysia from your country,then you have to apply for SEV (single entry visa) . Then you can travel. In shA Allah

They just want valid student pass. Onlh Eval will not work for this …

I think you won’t. Because they have written that department mtp will be issued on valid student pass. Only eVal will not work even. I heard one person applied with his eVal, but they have rejected MTP of his dependent.

No at this moment. You can wait until January,if malaysia opens their border for all tourist then you may go with your dependent.

I think all dependent can apply through the student’s institution. But the student must have to have a valid student pass (not expired)

If you the student has valid student pass then the university of the student can apply for dependent.

I think they have given…you can check on MTP website…they have added a option for higher education institution (dependents)

No you heard wrong information. Govt has exempted 2600rm for all. So you just need to pay for the covid test if you get home quarantine approval.

VAL & EVAL is same.. it took 1.5weeks to get the eVal. And after that had to submit it to the embassy for getting SEV which took another 7working days.
