Brother, website has nothing to do with eid. Even the emgs helpline will be working on public holidays as well.

You don’t need to create yourself. Juat wait for your institute to create your account on emgs. It takes time. Be patient for now. Your university will enrol you upon arrival to malaysia even if you miss the registration date in your university due to this delay.
