I will cook my own food my brother also lives in KL so he will arrange for groceries before my arrival but I guess you can still order for home delivery at your door step while in quarantine.

Any other charges not sure I have emailed them to let me know if I have to pay the administrative charges or not. For hotel quarantine those are RM 2600 for non Malaysians but I am not sure if they are still applicable for home quarantine or not
