It’s very simple. Try to browse the emgs’s website using laptop or mobile phone and track your application by keying-in your passport number and choose your country’s name from the drop down countries list, then you must be able to see a botton for download. I have called today the UM’s Visa unit and the institute of postgraduate studies and they told me no pick-up service is provided to UM postgraduate students.
