It might be that there is a mistake in the information provided on the declaration of accommodation e.g wrong passport number.
Another scenario is that the issue might not be related to your declaration of accommodation. But contact your institution for clarification.

I don’t think they have sent your payment slip to emgs. If they do, Emgs usually send emails to acknowledge that they have received your payment slip and you should allow them time to confirm your payment.
