Hello,
If I count for my VAL to be ready for download from July 31, it has been 3 days and I still have not gotten a notice of my VAL to be ready for download. Because EMGS told me that it takes 2-3 working days for VAL to be ready for download. Could you help assist with this problem?

Dear EMGS, on 23 of July i being noticed that i need to correct one of my document. On 25th i emailed you the particular document under case 702267. However until this day my VAL application progress still 15% where i need to enter malaysia in less then a month to register to my university. What should I do?

Hi, my process is now at 35% and with immigration department it says on hold in requirement of additional documents. But following with my institution they said immigration nor emgs haven’t let them know regarding what additional document is required. How can I solve this problem? Thanks

my process is on hold with EMGS for more than a week and half at 15% and yet theres no sign of progress eventhough i only have 3 weeks left for my semester to start… it will take another two more weeks in immigration even if it is submitted at this moment but yet to move on. What am i supposed to do.

Hello,
I received an email and notice from EMGS saying that the institution is required to submit the official academic transcripts. That is the institution (IIUM) to do so right?
