This is not an issue, this is the normal process and it will resume back to normal anytime you submit your passport to your institution. So calm yourself down you don’t have any issues.

Dear EMGS, I just got my SEV and ready to come to Malaysia now, But I am a Public University Masters Student, I just want to ask, Do I need a School Representative to pick me up at the Airport or I can just go to Immigration counter direct and stamp in my passport?. Please I want to ask for my friend, he Study bachelor degree in Malaysia and he’s applying for masters program now in Malaysia, must he endorse his bachelor degree certificate from Ministry of Education before he can apply for the Master Program in Malaysia. Please your urgently reply will be much appreciated. Thanks
