My bank is asking me for something that prove that my visa renewal is under progress so they can activate my credit card , should i ask my institution or your office for this matter .

i have submitted my travel authorisation application and i am still waiting .
My application stuck 50% since 9 november .
I just want to ask if the immigration is working on my application or not . Qm i able to go back to malaysia or not because otherwise i need to make changes for my flight ticket .
