As long as u have single entry visa u can travel and start ur renewing process in Malaysia Immediately

Go to your university and ask them to submit ur passport

No need because travel Authorisation is already cancelled and u can come with your sev with pcr test prior ur arrival

If you’re doing that for travel Authorisation actually is no longer needed you just come with a valid visa
