I have been talking with my institution about submitting my passport but they said already submitted it to Immigration. As we know the process in immigration takes around 5 to 8 days. I need the number for immigration.

My visa 80% for 2 weeks ago and the EMGS said submit your passport to instition and I submitted it to my university before almost 1 month. So I want to know why the institution till now didn’t submit my passport to EMGS ?? My old visa will expire on 21 of August.
