Have done medical checkup? Your institute must email some requred checkups that you have to do and submit to emgs to start your process other wise it’s impossible.

You’re supposed to have since birth as it contains the vaccinations you got in your life since day 1. If I’m not mistaken I guess this is what they mean.

On the 3rd it became 45% as the missing document was submitted to EMGS and from the 7th till today its 50% as it got submitted to immigration department. How long does the whole process take because my master classes begins on the 27th of this month.

It means your institution still haven’t sent the documents… evenly if they did it takes few days for them to update in the system. Wait for a while.

It depends some universities agree but others dont. So better refer to the uni you’re planning to apply to.

To your institution by e-mail scan all documents clearly and especially passport all pages including the cover pages

Contact your institute they’re the ones responsible for knowing the reason and running after your visa approval… your job is just to only submit the needed documents. But if you want to make sure by yourself also you may call the emgs and ask them because there are several reasons for rejection and you need to know what was yours.

35% doesn’t mean your visa is approved… 35% means its still with the immigration and anything can happen at this point… mine for example got regected after it reached 35% with few days. Sometimes documents were missing. So wait until it says download “Visa Approval letter”.

Yes i had another passport and when I wanted to apply for masters they told me I should get a new passport as the previous one had less than 16moths left to expire. So I got a new one and did all medical checkup and sent all documents according… now they’re asking for the old passport

Yesterday it was rejected at 35% so I emailed my uni and today they replied saying that immigration needs a full scanned copy of my old passport because I was a previous student in Malaysia I think.
