Yes AS you got approval so with in 2 days you can able to download it and it percentage turns to be 70 directly.

@dayib there is no specific percentage, but uf your VAL is approved then there will be no rejection any more.

@Mohamed OUMRANI , they want you to submit your bechelor’s degree/certificate. Remember that when you email them keep your university in CC.
