Hi emgs officer, what is meant by 80% yellow? Alhumdolillah I have got my EVAL, now will book my appointment for SEV in my home country Dubai, UAE. Then only I can enter Malaysia, so plx guide me anything else I need to submit it to you before coming to Malaysia? My passport number is AL8153124. & I do not need to apply for MDAC? Kindly guide me.

Did u tell this matter to ur university international office? They will help you for sure? Maybe it problems with ur matrix transcript or degree transcript

Because at applying for eval as public university we can choose to do medical screening at university clinic and didnt pay the fee together with eval that’s why should pay at screenings, but most of private university its been paid during applying eval that why doesn’t need to pay again,
