Please do I still need a travel authorisation as a masters student after my approval is out before entering Malaysia from Africa and can I pay for my quarantine fees at Malaysia airport upon arrival?

Please,do they allow visa pick up in Abuja through another person once it’s out,or you must go pick up yourself at the embassy?

Hope you’ve get it sorted, please how long does it take the embassy to give you your single entry visa…Now others need to learn from this experience,so as not to make the same mistake.
