You will need to show your VAL, offer letter, passport and possibly need a 2×2 picture when applying for it. You need that original VAL upon entering Malaysian immigration so they can give you a special pass. You also need to apply for a single entry visa depending on what country passport you are. Again the university would email you upon your VAL has been approved by EMGS
