I received my eVal after 2 months. If your program is completely online, you can register for the first semester by EMGS approval letter.

Fill in a Letter of Undertaking and Indemnity (LOU) and email it to the Embassy of Malaysia at least three (3) days before departure date…?!

If the Immigration Office of Malaysia does not decide to issue eval for new students, please let me know immediately so that I can postpone this semester because distance learning is very difficult specially with time difference between countries.

As we see from some conversations here, it seems some eval has been recently processed.This is a surprise to me as EMGS said eVal processing will be freezed during EMCO now. It’s important for EMGS to update us on your next eVal processing date as many of student could have an alternative study plans.
