you should ask emgs for the update via email enquiry(at)emgs.com.my, dont forget to attach your application number and passport number

my institution have been sending the new receipt of the top up payment on 28 feb, it is said that the receipt is under review with emgs but until now there is no update regarding this and the issue is still open at the emgs website @tinashem

the course that im applying is a bachelor in information management. today I already received an email regarding this issue and it said that the issue is closed. you need to contact your institution about this issue and let them send the updated offer letter by email to emgs
