I was told by my institution that I can apply for a Val extension only after it is expired.. But iam worried that I might have to apply for a new Val once it is expired.
Please let me know whether it is okay to apply for a Val extension after it is expired? Or should I apply now? My Val expires on 21st of October 2021.

My Val expires on 21st of October 2021. Due to the ban imposed by Malaysian government to students from certain countries including Sri Lanka, I will not be able to enter Malaysia.
