My previous institute did every thing for cancellation

Tnx my friend actually i have created my new application 30 days ago but it stuck on 30% with yellow color and emgs told me i have an active pass in immigration department and i should wait until immigration department cancel my previous val

My previous institute have applied for VAL Cancellation at 27 Oct 2017 and my application was closed at 31 Oct in EMGS but still I have an active application in Immigration Department after 46 days.
