You can ask your institution to send it to you, it took 5 or 6 days for me to get the digital val

How long you’ve been waiting? It’s normally took a week to get val and yellow means you need to complete all documents once you arrived in malaysia so dont worry mine also in yellow

My val reached 80% within 2 weeks. It took 4 days to move from 15% for me, if you feel like you’re val had not increased for long time you should call emgs

I got an issue that says “We request you to submit a copy of Date of Entry and Valid Pass to EMGS in order for us to prepare the supporting letter.” is this the same with Sticker Pass Fees? My val is at 80% in yellow right now
