The reason my TA was rejected was that it had the document number of my new passport, since i renewed my passport, i thought i have to get the authorisation for my new passport. We should apply with the expired passport itself since it has the student pass in it, even if the student pass is expired.

Thanks for your concern ya akhi.
EMGS Emailed me stating the reason why immigration have rejected my TA, and adviced me to apply again, i have applied again and good thing is that, within 2 hours i got it approved by my university (last time it took 6 days) because I emailed right away to my university to approve it once i reapplied for TA. Are you an existing student or a new student? If existing, how did you manage your tickets? Did you book the ticket like a couple of month later from the time you applied for your TAL? But its not possible for the visa renewal to reach 90% since i applied it online and its at 50% with status, Pending submission of your passport to emgs, may i know if its possible to reach 90%?cause from my previous experience also, 50% is highest unless you sibmit your passport.

Yes, thats right, i previously applied for my visa renewal, and its currently at 50%.
As for the rejection of the TAL, they didn’t mention any reason, it just said, your Travel authorisation application has been rejected.

Hello, unfortunately my Travel authorisation letter was rejected today, does anyone know if I should apply for it again or whats the process now? This is just sad and devastating for me. I have no idea what to do now.
