To go to 15% to 30%, for me it took 6 days including holidays and from 30% to 35% took me 1 day but for for some students it takes 1 – 2 days. From 35% to 70% took me 10 days including holidays.

For me it took 11 working days from 6th of september to the EMGs.

For me it took approximately 11 working days. You can email to the EMGs and also try calling them to keep a remainder on your procees to expedite.

Institution and yes you need to submit your passport if your in Malaysia. If outside malaysia then you need to scan your passport from first page till the last page including cover page and put it in a pdf file and send it to them with few other required documents.

Email to them everyday and call them everyday so they will keep a remainder on your process that needs to expedite.

I have already got my VAL. It has taken approximately 11 working days from 6th of september.

You need to scan your entire passport from first page till last including your cover page and put in your pdf file and send it to them or you can go to nearby shops where you can scan and put it in your USB.

Tell your institution that to submit the documents and the payment altogether and then your application will proceed.

Is your application is with EMGs or with the immigration?
If with EMGs then will submit as soon as possible but when it comes to the immigration then it will take 7 – 10 working days but other students they will get within 7 days.

Do one thing, Ask your university to show me proof that you really send everything to the EMGs, with that proof you can email to the EMGs directly and they will reply to you as soon as possible.

Because for me, my application status wasn’t getting updated so I had to email them and they were updating me. So it’s just a suggestion if you would like to use.

I guess I have read it somewhere that if you apply for eVAL then you would have got within 48 hours.

I would recommend that if you could email them every two days to make sure that you’re updated and If you can also call them directly. I guess they were quite a few days holidays talking about last week.

If you’re trying to say Password then you can just log out and click on “Forgot Password” you will get a link on your Email and just click the link on your email and you can just change your password.
If you are talking about renewing passport then go to your Country Embassy.

I would highly recommend that if you could directly email them and also check online about your application status maybe they might need some additional documents or maybe they haven’t updated your application status.

According to me, I guess you have to re-apply your VISA and then wait for your Visa and then apply for a single entry visa. But if you want to re-apply then the best way is if you do eVAL which will come within 48hours I guess.

After EMGs submitted to the immigration then your percentage will be 35% and then after a few days it will come 70% or 75% to get your VAL.

I’ve heard that if you go as a tourist visa then at the airport (Malaysia immigration) they will cancel your VAL and let you as a Tourist, not as a Student visa.

If you are travelling on 27th September then you will get your VAL before that and it takes 7 working days but some students get their VAL within 7 working days and also email them directly about your process.

I would recommend you do it like go to nearby Service global and submit it because you can go the global service then you can check again before they submit.

7 working days but you might get within 7 days but if immigration wants some kind of additional documents or clarification then it might delay again as you might again go through EMGs and then they will submit again to the immigration.

For me from 0% – 32% took 5 working days
32% – 35% took me 1 day ( but for some students 1 – 2 working days)
35% – 75% will take 7 working days but for some students, they got within 7 days like in 3 – 4 working days.

32% – 35% will take one or two days
35% to 75/80% will take approximately 7 working days but some students got in 3 or 4 days but you do not need to be worried, well everything will be alright)
