70% means Visa Approval letter.
So just wait for VAL hard copy from your university. Once the receive your VAL they will currier to the you.

After 24 days later I received my VAL from immigration.

I also face same problem for my VAL. I apply in UM as Bachelor program in September intake and orientation 29 August already finish. Now I worried about my registration in this semester. I apply Val in 04-07-17 and still now it show 50%. I don’t know what should I do !!!
