I am Elham from Afghanistan. I have been accepted to UTM and I want to apply for eVAL. Is the Pre-arrival medical report mandatory to be done ? UTM has already arranged a medical screening after i arrive in Malaysia.

Hi everyone ,
I am Elham from Afghanistan. I have applied to UTM and I can see on my applications status that my application was evaluated by UTMs relevant faculty on 22nd October, however I still haven’t received notification letter. Is this okay? Does it take long to receive notification letter? Has anyone else had a similar experience?
