Greetings EMGS and all. can anyone help me provide information about:
I have a VAL status : Pending additional document (s) from the institution.
Please note that the applicant has stated that he / she is not free of 14 of the diseases / conditions stated in the Health Declaration Form.

You must have ticked all the diseases No, you have to tick all the diseases yes which means you are free from them. Correct it and send them again.

Kindly send a new health declaration form with the correct information. Alternatively your institution can send a confirmation with regards to the health declaration form.
