Sorry i want to ask something seems like a stupid question, but im curious.
In what %percentage is our eVal is ready to download? 100%? Or 35%?. Im asking this because i took a look in emgs timeline, found that someone shout their eval is approved and ready to download when it reach 35%, is that true?.

Dear emgs officer , i have already pay the transaction with credits card, but the status is cancelled, so i want to refund my money thati pay via credit card.

And also i already create a new application using transfer via institution. Thanks.

I really confused right now, because i have already apply my eVal online in EMGS website via credit card and the transaction is success with receipt sent to my inbox.
But when i want to start tracking my application, my application status is canceled. So what should i do now?
