i have a new passport and ive changed my VAL passport number to the new one but its still at 80% with an orange circle saying that i need to change my VAL
what should i do?

Just to be clear, i still havent received my val approval, after i get it i must submit the new passport to the institution and request VAL amendment. is that it? and how long does it usually take to amend the VAL?
